Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a registration for a program through OPCA or Harford County Parks & Rec, please read the below details and call the center at (410)612-1688.

OPCA Cancellation/Reimbursement Policy:

  • If the Estuary Center cancels a program, we will initiate a full reimbursement upon request
  • If you need to cancel registration for a program at any time, you must call the Estuary Center, (410)612-1688.
    • If you cancel more than one week before the program, we’ll initiate a reimbursement
    • No reimbursements for cancellations received less than one week before a program

Harford County Cancellation/Reimbursement Policy:

  • If the Estuary Center cancels a program, we will initiate a full credit or reimbursement upon request
  • If you need to cancel registration for a program at any time, you must call the Estuary Center, (410)612-1688
    • If you cancel more than 2 weeks (4 weeks for summer camps) before the program, we’ll initiate a reimbursement minus a $5 administrative fee
    • No reimbursements for cancellations received less than 2 weeks (4 weeks for summer camps) before a program
